Bai Zhu
Bai Zhu is a commonly used herb in TCM and is hailed as the "single most important herb for tonifying the spleen qi". It is used to treat spleen qi deficiency syndrome and can be indicated for poor appetite, loose stool, diarrhoea etc. Bai Zhu is commonly used in combination with qi and spleen tonics.
