Which countries does Phoenix deliver to?
We can deliver to most countries, please see below for a list of shipping prices per 30kg (excl. VAT). If your country is not listed, please contact us to get a quotation on shipping costs.
Parcels sent outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges and import duties; these charges are made when the parcel reaches the destination country and therefore you are responsible for paying for the applicable import charges, taxes and customs duties. There is a £25.00 import clearance surcharge for countries outside of the EU i.e. Switzerland.
Please note that the prices below are for general delivery services. For parcels going to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands, £5.99 is charged extra per parcel.

What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
Please place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery by courier. Payment must be made before goods are sent out.
When will my parcel be delivered?
Our standard delivery service is Next Working Day Delivery by UKMail, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm excluding bank holidays. Delivery is charged per 30kg. Whilst the service is Next Day Delivery, we cannot guarantee this as parcels can be subject to traffic delays or misroutes. Please ensure that you enter the address correctly as we cannot take responsibility for parcels being sent to the wrong address.
For parcels under 2kg, delivery will be via Royal Mail 2nd class.

What do I do if I miss a delivery?
UKMail will leave a card and attempt to deliver your parcel three times. If you miss all three delivery attempts then the parcel will be sent back to our head office. If you would like us to resend your parcel, please call us on (+44) 01245 350822 to pay for postage.
To rearrange your delivery or track the parcel, visit UKMail's website. Your tracking number will be available on your account when you login. If your parcel is being sent outside of the UK or is over 30kg, please visit DPD's website and track your parcel there.
Can I arrange to collect my order from the Phoenix head office?
Yes, please email email@example.com to place your order and the team will remove the postage cost. Notify us of a time that suits you and our team will prepare your order for when you arrive.

How do I qualify for free delivery (UK Only)?
For orders over £180 (before VAT and after discounts), you can get free UK next day delivery. This offer is not applicable to overseas orders and to orders requiring special delivery options, i.e. Delivery before 12pm, Saturday delivery service. This applies to wholesale orders only.
