Bai Guo
Bai Guo or Ginkgo nut is harvested in the autumn and has a pale yellow colour to it. Ginkgo nut is sweet, bitter and neutral, and with mild toxicity in nature. It is often used to help asthma and coughs with phlegm. Bai Guo contains glycosides and ginkgolide which can help improve circulation.
