Gu Ya(Chao)
Dried Rice Sprouts Gu Ya (Chao) is a germinant fruit of Oryza sativa L. of family Gramineae, and found all across south China. There is no smell, with a slightly sweet taste. After being cleaned, dipped in water for 4-6 hours then fished out, these can be kept in suitable temperatures and humidity until plumule growing to 1cm and dried out in the sun.
